Bodbyn for the win
Thanks to one of our past clients, a terrific Victoria couple who needed a hand overhauling their kitchen was referred to us.
Check out their kitchen BEFORE:
Lots of potential and beautiful light, but ready for a makeover. After a three-day installation, the cabinetry was in place and a new kitchen had taken shape.
Drum roll, please…
You can see the fridge was moved to a side wall where it no longer sticks out. And a nice little cabinet was framed in above.
And from the other view BEFORE:
Rebecca, one of IKAN’s fantastic designers, worked with the couple to create a more functional kitchen with plenty of storage and a little more elbow room. The cabinetry is a timeless style (IKEA’s Bodbyn) in a stylish combination of pale grey and off-white.This Bodbyn buffet complements the cabinetry and ties in the dining area.
We love the fantastic look of grey lower cabs with the off-white uppers. And the ceiling-height uppers make the room feel taller, hide some random serving ware, and eliminate the need to dust the tops. IKEA’s Ustra corner cabinet pull out ensures every inch of a corner cabinet is used wisely.
