ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Kitchen Cabinet Assembly and Installation—Done right the first time.

Forget the cookie-cutter cabinet sizes from big box stores that have defined the flat-pack industry for decades. IKAN offers a semi-custom cabinet selection that is budget-friendly, without sacrificing quality. Think melamine vs. wood. Our semi-custom cabinets are manufactured in 1-inch size increments made with 3/4″ plywood, allowing you to design your new kitchen without the limitations of other flat-pack cabinets.

Our team has decades of experience assembling and installing cabinetry onsite, and we know these systems inside and out—we know the quirks, the workarounds, and the details that separate polished professional results from a DIY weekend gone sideways.

Many homeowners who buy a flat-pack kitchen package quickly discover the cabinets are only one piece of the puzzle—they still need demo, electrical relocation, plumbing rough-ins, countertop templating and coordination, tile and backsplash work, and finishing carpentry.

IKAN takes care of it, all under one roof, with one team.

Assembly & Installation process, Step by Step

Before you order a flat-pack kitchen from a big-box store, have a conversation with IKAN.

1

DESIGN

We can ensure your desired kitchen will fit your layout in a pre-assessment site visit BEFORE you order. Are cabinet doors hinged to swing the right direction? Is there room for your dishwasher door to come all the way down? Will your fridge fit the new dimensions. Is your kitchen sink centered below the kitchen window? Our design service includes in-home consultation, measurements, design layouts (includes 2 revisions), total order list confirmation, a check-measure before you put in order.
2

ASSEMBLY DAY

IKAN spends a day assembling your cabinetry onsite, once your kitchen cabinets are delivered to your residence. Our team has years of experience building cabinetry and assembles it efficiently and correctly the first time.

IKAN INSTALLATION

Finishing carpentry is an intricate and fine-tuned skill that requires attention to detail. Every door joint needs to be perfect, and every handle aligned. Elevation drawings are interpreted so nothing is missed and no detail is missed.
